Announcements

Please see below for the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR) and UVLSRPC public hearing notice for the Mount Sunapee Resort Master Development Plan (MDP) and Environmental Development Plan (EMP). This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at the Sunapee Lodge (Lower Level), Mount Sunapee Resort, 1398 Route 103, Newbury, NH.

The DNCR/UVLSRPC public hearing will be followed by the Mount Sunapee Advisory Committee (MSAC) public meeting. The MSAC meeting will convene separately at 12:30 p.m. at the call of the Chair and is not part of, or a continuation of, the MDP/EMP public hearing. Please see below.

UVLSRPC would like to welcome Will Cleaveland to our team! Will recently graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Community and Environmental Planning, and has previously interned with UVLSRPC over the past two summers where he helped with traffic data collection and culvert mapping. Will is excited to continue working to tackle some of the most pressing issues our region faces such as flood mitigation, housing, and transportation. In his free time Will likes to hike, bike, kayak, and take photos with his drone!
